TECNISAs shares are included in the Brazil Index – IBrX
São Paulo, Brazil, January 2, 2012 – TECNISA SA
(BMFBOVESPA: TCSA3), one of the largest, traditional
and innovative real estate companies in Brazil, announces
that its shares have been included in the Brazil Index – IBrX
of BMFBOVESPA, the São Paulo Securities, Commodities and
Futures Exchange.
The Brazil Index – IBrX measures the return on a theoretical
portfolio composed by 100 stocks selected among BMFBOVESPAs
most actively traded securities, in terms of number of trades
and financial value. The IBrX consists of 100 stocks chosen
from a list of securities classified in descending order
according to liquidity, measured by their negotiability index
in the last twelve months.
According to the index portfolio announced by BMFBOVESPA,
TECNISAs shares will account for
0.102% of the index total composition. The current portfolio
is effective from January 2 through April 30,
2012.
Additionally to IBrX, TECNISA is already included in the
following Indexes of BMFBOVESPA: IMOB (Real Estate), SMLL
(Small Cap), INDX (Industrial Sector), IGCT (Corporate
Governance Trade), ITAG (Special Tag Along) and IGC (Special
Corporate Governance).
